Return/Exchange Policy

No Refunds / No Returns / Limited Exchanges:
- There are times we may make exceptions because our goal is to take care of our clients/customers. If at any time we chose to deviate from this policy, this deviation will NOT imply a new standard & DOES NOT apply to any other past, present or future transactions. We reserve the right to uphold our policies regardless of any previous circumstances or exceptions made for you or anyone else.
Refunds:
- All Sales are final- No Refunds
Exchanges:
Event Tickets:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any events.
- Please note that you can resell your ticket. If you chose to do so, please, call us at 719-308-5984 or email us at
clientcare@creativecandystudios.com
- The Email must include these details
~event name & date
~your name and receipt/order #
~your consent to transfer your seat
~new buyers name, phone # and email
- This helps with fraud, but more importantly will allow us to transfer the event seat to
the other person & allow them to attend in your place.
Please note-
Due to the last 2 years of businesses adapting to change, including enforced closures,
we reserve the right to bring any event online and/or reschedule the event for either online, or in person,
or to refund at our discretion.
Workshops:
Exchanges can be made for workshops only as follows
- 3 day or more advance notice – even exchange (100%) for a different workshop date
- 48 or more hours advance notice – 75% exchange credit for a different workshop date
- 24 or more hours advance notice – 50% exchange credit for a different workshop date
- LESS THAN 24 hours advance notice – NO EXCHANGES/RESCHEDULING
- No Call/ No Show – NO EXCHANGES/RESCHEDULING
- Your workshop credit will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
NO EXEPTIONS
In-store Purchases:
- We do not accept returns/refunds.
- We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is a brand new, non-customized, non-refurbished, regular priced item that is defective from the factory/supplier.
- If the item is defective, we will replace the product.
- If the exact item is no longer available, a same item at the same price can be exchanged.
- If this is also not available, a store credit/exchange will be given to equal purchase price plus sales tax.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately the same day as purchase, by returning to the store or email us at
clientcare@creativecandystudios.com
- with details of the product and the defect plus order #.
- To help tremendously, please, include pictures of the defect & packaging. These will be required for consideration.
- If an exchange is approved by us through email, please come back to the store with the defective item.
- Exchange must be completed by 7 days/1 week of purchase.
Online/Shipped Items:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is a brand new, non-customized, non re-furbished, regular priced item that is defective from the factory/supplier.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipping damages to any items. Contact shipping insurance carrier to make a claim.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately the same day as delivery, at

- Include in the email details of the product and the defect, plus order #.
- To help tremendously, please, include pictures of the defect & packaging.
- These will be required for consideration.
- If an exchange is initiated by us, exchanges must be completed within 7 days/1 week.
- If the item is factory defective, we will replace the product, including the cost to reship it to you.
- If the exact item is no longer available, a same item at the same price can be exchanged.
- If this is also not available, a store credit will be given to equal purchase price plus any sales tax.
- Do not ship until you have an actual Exchange Case #

- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. Contact shipping insurance and/ or carrier to make a claim.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Any amounts credited will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time (usually 1-2 days), if you are approved for a replacement as a result of what you considered defective.
Exceptions
Some items are non-exchangeable.
Non-exchangeable items include:
- Used/Refurbished/Customized Items
- Events
- Classes
- Tutorials
- Memberships
- Any Digital Item or Product
- Any Intelectual Item or Product
- Sale/Discount Items
- Any Services ie shipping
Memberships:
- Memberships must be canceled at least 7 days before next payment is due so that the billing cycle can be stopped before the next payment bills out.
- Partial payments are not refunded, there for you will have access online until the cycle is complete.
For example, if you cancel on June 12th and a payment is due on June 20th, you will have access until June 19th and no further payments will be billed. If you cancel on April 22nd but payments was made on April 20th, you will still have access until May 19th and no further payments will be be billed.
